Eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains fuels your body the right way. Drinking enough water is key too it helps flush out toxins and keeps your skin glowing. Experts recommend drinking about 2 to 3 liters daily, depending on your activity level.
